The Ghosts Of Christmas Eve. "Please retry". All the songs are from their 3 Christmas Rock Operas. This cd was released in 2016 to coincide with the Winter Tour: The Ghosts of Christmas Eve- The Greatest Hits of TSO. That year as well as 2015 and 2017 they bring this story to the stage which is from their one and only dvd of the same same The Ghosts of Christmas Eve. This cd makes a nice companion to the dvd. The cd though differs in two songs from the dvd.

The Ghosts of Christmas Eve is a 1999 made-for-television film showcasing a Christmas music performance by Trans-Siberian Orchestra, starring Ossie Davis and Allie Sheridan. Guest performers included Michael Crawford and Jewel. Other performers include Bob Kinkel, Al Pitrelli, Chris Caffery, Johnny Lee Middleton, Jeff Plate, Tony Gaynor, Daryl Pediford and Tommy Farese.

So when he decided to honor longtime fan requests for an audio release of the group's The Ghosts of Christmas Eve made-for-TV special from 1999, O'Neill had a little extra to toss into the package. The bonus track "Music Box Blues (Daryl Pediford Tribute New York 2004)," premiered exclusively below, is an unreleased alternate version of the track recorded with Pediford, a New York singer and guitarist who was part of the group during its early days and passed away in 2004 - but, according to O'Neill, left a strong legacy in TSO lore. Daryl Pediford got involved.

Trans-Siberian Orchestra - The Ghosts of Christmas Eve dvd (2001). Take your listeners serious. The first TSO Christmas album was actually very good, a lot of different styls, great guitar playing, great vocalists and some great compostions. It made me interested to see them playing it live, that's why I got this dvd. This is no live concert.
