Whipped Cream & Other Delights is a 1965 album by Herb Alpert & the Tijuana Brass, called "Herb Alpert's Tijuana Brass" for this album, released on A&M Records. It is the band's fourth full album and arguably their most popular release.

Variant of Charlie Mingus - Tijuana Moods with dog logo on label. Manufactured under license from the RCA Records label of BMG Entertainment. Recorded in RCA Victor's Studio A, New York City July 18 (A1, A2, B2) and August 6, 1957 (B1, B3).

Rogers' cooing voices introduce several of the tunes, whereupon the Tijuana Brass do their mostly unrelated Ameriachi thing familiar from past albums. Indeed, "Las Mananitas" seems to have been lifted from an obscure B-side of a 45 and overdubbed with the Rogers treatment. Jingling bells is a recurring song theme - first with "Jingle Bells," then the cloying "The Bell That Couldn't Jingle," and ultimately "Jingle Bell Rock.

How’d Tijuana Flats become Tijuana Flats? Funny story, really. Back in ‘95, this college kid, Brian. prices and portions, fun vibe, the hot sauce is out of this world.

Y pues no podía dejar a un lado la firmita en el disco nuevo y la foto del recuerdo. La nueva generación del rock mexicano. The original album was first released by independent label Rock’n’Roll Circus in 1992. This led to interested by major label BMG that signed TJNO! to their indie label Culebra Records which re-released the album in 1993. The album featured two tracks with Manu Chao, who became a recurring collaborator of the band.

Sleigh Ride" is the only track on this CD that sounds genuinely festive. Herb Alpert and the Tijuana Brass were very popular in the mid-1960s. Their music was played everywhere, and was used in many commercials. It seemed like everyone liked them or, at least, there were not many people who disliked them ("no known enemies"). They had numerous hit singles and albums; I owned several including Whipped Cream and Other Delights (probably their best), SRO, and Sounds Like.
