These eight songs all sound curiously cold and lifeless. Curious, because George Kerr produced the album and wrote many of the songs - the same George Kerr that produced Linda Jones' "Hypnotized" and the O'Jays' "Look Over Your Shoulder," both gripping soul classics. Unfortunately, his resumé isn't of much help here.
