Album of the Year is the sixth studio album by American rock band Faith No More, released on June 3, 1997 by Slash and Reprise Records. It is the first album to feature the band's current guitarist Jon Hudson, and was their last studio album before their eleven-year hiatus from 1998 to 2009.
The discography of Faith No More, an American rock group, consists of seven studio albums, nineteen singles, one live album, five compilations, four video albums. Faith No More's first album was We Care a Lot, released by Mordam Records in 1985. The band soon signed with Slash Records and released Introduce Yourself, their second album, in April 1987. Shortly afterwards the rest of the band fired the vocalist, Chuck Mosley, and replaced him with Mike Patton.
The Real Thing is the third studio album by American rock band Faith No More, released on June 20, 1989 by Slash and Reprise Records. It was the first major release by the band not to feature vocalist Chuck Mosley. Instead, the album featured Mike Patton from the experimental/funk band Mr. Bungle
Sigh no more, no more One foot in sea, one on shore My heart was never pure You know me, you know me. But man is a giddy thing Oh, man is a giddy thing Oh, man is a giddy thing Oh, man is a giddy thing
FAITH NO MORE выступили с CHUCK MOSLEY. FAITH NO MORE выступили с CHUCK MOSLEY. FAITH NO MORE выступят с CHUCK MOSLEY.
The last album of Faith No More was a worthy goodbye to millions of fans worldwide. Having a new guitarist in their ranks, the band recorded 12 fresh songs in the comfort of bassist Billy Gould's home studio. These sessions produced two hits: "Ashes To Ashes" and "Last Cup Of Sorrow". Straightforward and concise, the album sequence takes no prisoners and delivers an outstanding Faith No More experience. At its release in 1997 Album Of The Year was pressed on LP in small quantities, making original vinyl copies very hard to find.
