Zinny J. Zan (born Bo Stagman on January 18, 1964 and earlier known as Bosse Belsen) is a Swedish rock/glam metal singer who is the former lead-singer for Shotgun Messiah and is currently the founder and frontman for Zan Clan and reunited Easy Action. Zinny J. Zan is probably best known internationally as the original lead singer for the 1980s glam metal band Shotgun Messiah (1985–90).

Vocalist Zinny J. Zan and drummer Stixx are teaming up with Chris Laney and former Danger Danger guitarist Rob Marcello as Shotgun - for a tour to begin in the spring of 2013. Once named the 'Gods of Glam', Shotgun will be coming at you with a show covering all the songs from their killer 1989 self-titled debut album along with a few songs from the 1991 'Second Coming' album. In 2012, Zinny J. Zan and Stixx reunited as Shotgun to celebrate Shotgun Messiah's legacy and released a live album from that tour in May 2016. Sweden Rock Magazine has named Shotgun Messiah on their "The Best Rock Bands Of Sweden Ever" list.

Bosse Stagman, better known as Zinny Zan of Easy Action and Shotgun Messiah fame, has grown up and become a singer-songwriter. Marcello moved on to bigger stages when he joined Europe, while Stagman became frontman of Shotgun Messiah, a Swedish band which saw some decent success in the US for a few years and also included future Marilyn Manson member Tim Sköld  . While not original members, both of them were part of later line-ups of Easy Action. Stagman’s Moder Jord album is out now via GMR Music.

Former Shotgun Messiah frontman Zinny J Zan is back with his first solo album. Recorded in his native Sweden, the album sees Zinny return to the roots of Shotgun – high octane sleaze hard rock. Musically, this is pretty good stuff – if it's within your realm of taste at least. I can't help but think this is a glam version of Thin Lizzy, with those Phil Lynott style vocals and a solid rhythm section and melodic verses. You might notice some variation in the production sound between tracks. Not sure why – it normally means some tracks were recorded at different times.
