Nonpoint is the seventh studio album by American rock/metal band Nonpoint released on October 9, 2012 under Razor & Tie. The album was produced and engineered by Johnny K (Disturbed, Staind, Sevendust) at Groove Master Studios in Chicago, Illinois. In June 2012, the band released two album tracks titled "I Said It" and "Left for You", the latter of which to serve as the album's lead single. This will be the first album to feature guitarists Rasheed Thomas and Dave Lizzio, and bassist Adam Woloszyn.

Development is the second album released by the four-piece alternative metal music group, Nonpoint. It was their second and final album released through MCA Records. After two solid years of touring, Nonpoint has returned a more experienced band, and with Development looks to find its deserved niche in the crossover community. The bandmembers have most definitely grown as musicians since their last effort, as the music captured within this album is much more focused and efficient at weaving its spell on the listener, while Elias Soriano's signature vocals have tapped into a brand new well of depth and maturity.
