Reality is the 39th studio album by American musician James Brown. The album was released in 1974, by Polydor Records. Reality was released in late 1974.
Vision Thing is the third studio album by English gothic rock band the Sisters of Mercy. It was released on 13 November 1990 through Merciful Release and EastWest Records, with Elektra Records handling the US release. Soon after the release of the band's previous album, Floodland, Eldritch approached guitarist John Perry to join them on writing a new album.

Released in late 1974, Reality was one of the few of his '70s albums recorded entirely in . with and without the . The title track has him complaining about something or another with the background singers goading him on with, "The Godfather, sing it James Brown. The best thing about the song is David Sanborn's sax solo near the fade.
Winston Smith - grey, thin, unable to climb the stairs without stopping to rest, doubled up every morning by 'a violent coughing fit' that leaves him lying breathless on the floor - is plainly Orwell.
