Still I Rise is a collaboration album by 2Pac and the Outlawz. The album excludes some of the original line up of the Outlawz, including Hussein Fatal, who had left the group as he had refused to sign to Death Row. The album contains all previously unreleased, albeit remixed material. It was released on December 21, 1999, by Interscope Records. The album features production from 2Pac's close producers Tony Pizarro, Johnny "J" and QDIII, and appearances from Big Syke and Nate Dogg.

Still I Rise is a collaborative album released by 2Pac and the Outlawz through Interscope Records on December 21, 1999. This album features tracks recorded during the All Eyez On Me and Makaveli sessions, but some of the tracks were remixed with new beats and/or lyrics for this release. As with 2Pac's other posthumous releases, Still I Rise comes with four or five solid tracks that may have survived the cuts on a real 2Pac album. The title track and "Letter to the President" are obvious winners, still reliant on the syrupy G-funk that 2Pac made famous, and (thankfully) not influenced by the increasing late-'90s insurgence of muzaky hip-hop productions. And "Baby Don't Cry (Keep Ya Head Up II)" - 2Pac's self-produced follow-up to 1993's "Keep Ya Head Up" - is a surprisingly touching message track.
