The Cure - Entreat album flac

Entreat is a live album by British alternative rock band The Cure, recorded at London's Wembley Arena in July 1989. It consists entirely of songs performed from the band's 1989 record Disintegration; while they were on their international Prayer tour. Entreat was distributed exclusively in France as a promotional tool. When bootlegs began to surface, however, the album was given a limited European release.

The Cure's seminal mini-live album, Entreat, from 1990 has been remixed and digitally remastered by Robert Smith and has been expanded from its original 8 songs to 12 with 4 songs previously unreleased on vinyl. The marble effect pattern on the vinyl is not printed but is created.

The Cure's debut album, Three Imaginary Boys (1979), reached number forty-four on the UK Albums Chart. The next two albums, Seventeen Seconds (1980) and Faith (1981), were top 20 hits in the UK, reaching number twenty and number fourteen respectively  . Released: 11 September 1990.

Cure - Entreat - LP Vinyl Album. While a full CURE concert has to be expierenced to apperciate their wide range of song crafting, this is still a great live album. The production has the songs full and strong and makes for a fun listen on rainy night. I bought the album simply because I LOVE THE CURE and I collect CD's. So if you happen upon this in a used bin priced reasonably, I would grab it.

All of the cuts compiled here were distributed through a series of Cure CD singles alongside extended remixes and other B-sides. The performance is noisily energetic, with quirky moments. Entreat was released only as a promotional item, and is fairly difficult to find.
