Tape's second album is shorter, more song-oriented, and overall easier to approach, but these qualities - without turning to shortcomings - don't necessarily make a better album. The psychedelic/folk current that had been woven through Opera now takes the foreground: delicate acoustic guitar, harmonium, and accordion dominate the sound palette

1) Milieu is Columbia, South Carolina artist Brian Grainger. Brian started making music somewhere after his parents' divorce in 1997. He played multiple instruments in a number of different bands and projects, teaching himself how to play guitar, drums, bass and keyboard without the aid of classical training.
