Rimarimba was a project from Robert Cox, an artist from from Suffolk in the UK. With a DIY ethos and a "Pandora's box" of both mass-produced and home-built instruments, Cox used Rimarimba as an outlet for series of releases that explored, as RVNG puts it, "the parameters of a particular musical mode: one where minimalism is removed from its 'high-art' mantle
