Later Alain formed Eleven with Natasha Shneider and Jack Irons. They toured with Pearl Jam and Soundgarden, and for several years recorded and toured with Queens of the Stone Age. In the recording studio, Alain has worked with Chris Cornell, No Doubt, Mark Lanegan, Jimmy Eat World, Brody Dalle and Arctic Monkeys. He's been a touring member of Them Crooked Vultures as well as the Sound City Players which performed in connection with the documentary, "Sound City. Alain continues to write and record his own music, and released his latest solo album, "Fragments and Wholes Vol. 1" in November 2014. His latest musical adventure is with the Alain Johannes Trio - comprised of Alain and brothers Felo and Cote Foncea. Their first single, Luna A Sol, featuring Mike Patton on vocals, will be released on Ipecac Records in September 2018.
Trio is the first studio album from the Northern German band of the same name. It was released on October 27, 1981, by Mercury Records. It included a bonus single and has a handle attached to the cover.
