Walker's version was also featured in the 1985 Madonna film Desperately Seeking Susan. In 1983, Walker was re-signed with Motown. This is likely the best album length project Motown released during the mid 60’s. A time when the label was Hitsville USA and emphasizing single records. The feeling is very much that of a long, steaming, stomping, funky jam session. It’s also for all intents and purposes a full on Funk Brothers album-with bassist Jamerson and drummer Benny Benjamin locking everything down for an album that consists only of medium to uptempo dance music and no ballads.
