The Unexpected was a fantasy-horror comics anthology series, a continuation of Tales of the Unexpected, published by DC Comics. The Unexpected ran 118 issues, from (February–March 1968) to (May 1982). As a result of the so-called DC Implosion of late 1978, beginning in 1979 The Unexpected absorbed the other DC horror titles House of Secrets, The Witching Hour, and Doorway to Nightmare into its pages

The Unexpected EP 12 inch - Released in JUNE 2001 on Kat Klaw Productions and Run-Amok Records. This is the first Vinyl release from Kat Klaw Productions under Run-Amok, an independent label in NJ. The 12 inch was essentially a prelude to the OUTTHERE album and third installment of "Da Raw Dirty" series, coming soon. It features 2 songs by OUTTHERE, one of which is on the album and isan internet favorite called "Nuthin change" and there are songs by Kat Klaw fam: Ghetto Island,
Wrecknologee, & Tree-Natty.
