Deeper Underground Lyrics. You know they gonna bring it down, yeah They gonna wreck it down, yeah. Something's come to rock me And I can't keep my head I get nervous in the New York City streets Where my legacy treads I know I'm better off standing in the shadows Far from humans with guns But now it's too late, there's no escape From what they have done Come on! I'm going deeper underground There's too much panic in this town I'm going deeper underground (There's too much panic in this town)

Whether it’s good or bad, it is sometimes very pleasant, too, to smash things. Fyodor Dostoevsky, Notes from Underground. But what can a decent man speak of with most pleasure? Answer: Of himself. Well, so I will talk about myself. Fyodor Dostoyevsky, Notes from the Underground. the whole work of man really seems to consist in nothing but proving to himself every minute that he is a man and not a piano-key! ― Fyodor Dostoyevsky, Notes from the Underground.

It must be boring as hell standing there with your hands up and nothing to actually do, but hey, Butler says. The light show and the fireworks look nice. Having released most of their previous material on their own underground, new-talent championing Punks label, this album comes on mainstream juggernaut New State, a label that’s just as happy dishing up Dave Pearce trance mixes and chill-out compilations. In this day and age, we’re quite surprised when a label comes to you, Butler admits. But they’ve been the perfect home for us besides our own Punks imprint. They get what we’re about, they’ve treated us respectfully, given us a boost and more resources, and more marketing and all of that for us to get the music further out there.

How It All Goes Down. The Underground Man, our first-person narrator, begins by telling us how hateful and unattractive he is. It seems he's been living "underground" for 20 years, unable to act in any way because he's so intelligent he can debunk any justification for doing so. Intelligent men, he says, can never become anything – and he himself is the case in point. The Underground Man reveals that he is 40 years old and living in St. Petersburg, Russia. He used to be a civil servant, but he inherited some money and retired, all the more time for discoursing on his life's many problems. Despite his surroundings of mire and filth, he sometimes experiences attacks of "the sublime and beautiful," American Beauty-style moments where is taken by the awe-inspiring things of the world (art, philosophy, love).

The sound system is excellent, it's not too loud with balance throughout the entire frequency range. They even have stickers on the speakers warning patrons of hearing loss if they stand too close, again re-emphasizing a club that puts customers first. And lastly what makes The Underground stand out from other venues in Seattle are the patrons. Mostly everyone that comes here comes for the music and the artists, not so much for stereotypical club reasons such as hoping to "get lucky" tonight
