Terry Robb is a Canadian fingerstyle guitarist, composer, arranger and record producer living in the United States. He plays electric and acoustic guitar, and is associated with the American Primitive Guitar genre through his collaboration with steel string guitarist John Fahey. He is a member of the Oregon Music Hall of Fame and Cascade Blues Association Hall of Fame, and was honored with the eponymous "Terry Robb" Muddy Award for Best Acoustic Guitar in 2011

After college, Robb joined "Ramblin' Rex" Jacobosky, an associate of Frank Zappa and Captain Beefheart, touring throughout the Pacific Northwest. Through Jacobosky, Robb met Henry Vestine, guitarist of Canned Heat, and helped Vestine become established in Portland. Fahey invited Robb to produce and play guitar accompaniment on his forthcoming album, "Let Go", a turning point in Fahey's career as he explored new genres such as Brazilian music and contemporary pop music. By 1994, Robb had produced eight of Fahey's albums: Christmas Guitar Volume I (a rerecording of The New Possibility); Let Go; Rain Forrests, Oceans.
