The Crazy World of Arthur Brown (album). The Crazy World of Arthur Brown is the eponymous debut studio album by the English psychedelic rock band the Crazy World of Arthur Brown, released in June 1968. The album was produced by the Who's manager Kit Lambert with associate production by Pete Townshend. The album was released in June 1968 on Lambert's Track Records label in the UK, with North American distribution handled by Atlantic Records.

Tracks 1 to 5 are previously unissued early mono mixes lacking the orchestration on the released album; they are not from the 1968 mono LP version, which sounds much closer to the standard stereo mix. Tracks 6 to 15 are the original stereo album.

The Crazy World of Arthur Brown are an English psychedelic rock band formed by singer Arthur Brown in 1967. The band included Vincent Crane (Hammond organ and piano), Drachen Theaker (drums), and Nick Greenwood (bass).
