Eat a Peach is the third studio album by American rock band the Allman Brothers Band. Produced by Tom Dowd, the album was released on February 12, 1972, in the United States by Capricorn Records. Following their artistic and commercial breakthrough with the release of the live album At Fillmore East (1971), the Allman Brothers Band got to work on their third studio album. Many in the band were struggling, however, with heroin addictions, and checked into rehab to confront these problems.

It is a three-part collection documenting a number of live performances in 2014, as well as the recording and production of the band's 2015 tenth studio album Wonder Days. The album was released on 29 January 2016 by earMusic. The video portion of the release topped the UK Music Video Chart, while the full album charted at number 101 on the Japanese Albums Chart.

According to Dicky, the original idea was an album with a light, airy, free kind of feel to go along with the title, Eat a Peach (Capricorn ZCP 0102). The music on this double album is drawn from three different sources; live tracks from Fillmore East (most cut at the same gig that resulted in the earlier live album), studio sessions done with Duane last fall, and one whole side from the new band, recorded in mid-January.
