Joel Moreno Codinachs, jazz guitarist from Barcelona. He released in 2017 the album Songs for Midnight Dancers, recorded with his quintet at Underpool Studios, the leading independent Jazz Label from Barcelona, a CD composed with all original tunes. He has two other works under his name: his debut album, Emergexit (Errabal 2010), recorded in NY, and PLAY (Errabal 2015) released with a project he leads together with the singer Diana Palau.

Joel Moreno Codinachs was born in Barcelona in a very musical family in which almost everybody plays an instrument. He soon chose the guitar influenced by this environment. At the age of 14 he discovered the electric guitar and started to play blues and rock. Soon after he fell in love with the harmonies of Jazz and Brazilian Music. From that time he has been busy playing this music. He leads his trio and quintet and participates in several projects. He has released, with his quintet, Songs for Midnight Dancers (Underpool 2017), his second work as a lider. His debut album, Emergexit (Errabal 2010), was recorded in New York and in the year 2015 he presented PLAY (Errabal 2015) with Diana Palau & Joel Moreno Project a CD result of the collaboration with the singer Diana Palau.
