Where his debut LP ‘Night of Visions’, reconstructed his rhythmic approach into a primal framework, ‘Divination’ sheds the beats almost entirely and focuses on soaring drones and Liam’s refined approach to ambience. c²³ Divination is adeptly executed. There are moments of enlightenment and others were the sound is so powerful, it feels as if the air between the speakers is on fire.
