The idea of this 1990 anthology was a very good one, and to have the complete collection of Donovan's EPs on one disc was a mouth-watering thought, especially as, at the time, many of these tracks had remained previously unissued on the CD format. However, as nice as it is, 'The EP Collection' could have been better.
