Some actors even became legendary for the genre, like the absolutely magnificent Pam Grier and Jim Kelly, the Afro-American version of Bruce Lee. Apart from some militant movies such as Sweet Sweetback's Baadasssss Song, the world of Blaxploitation was all clichés: Sex, Dope, Pimps and Prostitutes, flashy & glitzy 70s and badass sound with bang-up OST. Yep, that was the beginning of the 70s, peak period for Soul and Funk music. This collection gathers the main Blaxploitation OST of the 1970s.
