Sehnsucht (German for "longing") is the second studio album by German Neue Deutsche Härte band Rammstein. It was released on 25 August 1997 through Motor Music in Europe and Slash Records in the US. It is the only album entirely in German to be certified platinum by the RIAA in the United States.

The cover most commonly seen features Till Lindemann with a muzzle and bent forks blocking his view, as they are placed over his eyes.
Jan 4, 2013 The second Rammstein album SEHNSUCHT is released and reached the number one spot in the album charts of Germany and Austria. Chart positions in 17 more countries, including the USA, document the worldwide success of the album. The creative collaboration between Rammstein and producer Jacob Hellner started with HERZELEID and was continued by joining forces again for SEHNSUCHT.
