Generica is the collective title of a series of five EPs released by Jon Crosby, lead singer and founder of the rock band VAST. The collection of songs was also released as a double-album with a plain white cover featuring Crosby's name and the album title, containing slightly different mixes of some tracks.

Floralis Genérica is a sculpture made of steel and aluminum located in Plaza de las Naciones Unidas, Avenida Figueroa Alcorta, Buenos Aires, a gift to the city by the Argentine architect Eduardo Catalano. Catalano once said that the flower "is a synthesis of all the flowers and, at the same time, a hope reborn every day at opening. It was created in 2002. The sculpture was designed to move, closing its petals in the evening and opening them in the morning.

Al Bundy (played by Ed O'Neill) is the husband of Peggy Bundy, father of Kelly and Bud Bundy, and long term women's shoe salesman at Gary's Shoes. Al is known to frequently tell tales of his high school football days, most notably the time he scored four touchdowns in a single game for the 1966 Chicago All City Championship Game; and blaming the outcome of his life on his wife and the Bundy Curse.

The origin of God Is God is as a semi-parody of Juno Reactor’s song of the same name, which includes samples of Charlton Heston in The Ten Commandments, in which the main character (Moses) declares the plagues and wrath that will come form God. Laibach expands on that concept by using their own verses based on that you will see motif. As it happens, the Juno Reactor song this is based on was a response to Laibach’s previous hit Life Is Life/Opus Dei. Which, it turns out, was itself a thematic parody of a pop-rock song Live Is Life by Austrian light rock band Opus.
