Album This Is Where We Were. Dissapearing Lyrics This cold pole anymore and I don't even care exactly where it goes - feel like I know The bleeding of the snow - feel like I could show Somebody else the volcanoes that I grow In the back of the paths that abuse the whole cold inside of your sssssustaning memory and soul.
Yeah, that act is near insane for any recording artist, and this album manages to create such a coherent and intelligent experience for their audience. This is perhaps one of the most coherent, free-form (improvised) hip hop albums I've ever heard. Butkuiss May 26th 11. Give Your Opinion on This Is Where We Were. After Eyedea released This Is Where We Were, recorded with his live freestyle rap/jazz group Face Candy, he created Carbon Carousel, an alternative rock band. They have released one EP, entitled The Some of All Things, or: The Healing Power of Scab Picking. This brought on speculation that Eyedea & Abilities were no longer together. However, in August 2007, the duo announced on their Myspace that they would be at the Twin Cities Celebration of Hip-Hop performing old songs and new material.
Face Candy is an improvisational Jazz Rap group from Minnesota formed by rapper Eyedea. The group released one album This Is Where We Were in 2006. The lineup consisted of Eyedea, Kristoff Krane, . Bates and Casey O'Brien at the time of Eyedea's sudden death in 2010. The future of the group is uncertain but as of 2011 it had been confirmed the second album Waste Age Teenland would be released posthumously. It was released May 24, 2011, seven months after Eyedea's death.
