Kubla Khan, or, A Vision in a Dream, A Fragment is a poem by Samuel Taylor Coleridge, which takes its title from the Mongol and Chinese emperor Kublai Khan. Kublai or Khubilai Khan was from Mongolia. Grandson of Genghis Khan, In 1271, Kublai established the Yuan Dynasty, which at that time ruled over present-day Mongolia, North China, much of Western China, and some adjacent areas, and assumed the role of a Chinese Emperor.

Somehow, recovering that would let him build his own pleasure dome in air. I suspect that the gentleman from Porlock interrupted Coleridge's writing after line 36, and when the poet returned to his manuscript, he found he could not really lose himself in the dream again. The second half of the poem seems to argue that if he could just recover the music, he could write a poem like Kubla Khan. And, then, at the end, he seems to regain the magical world, as he describes this mysterious person with the floating hair, a man who has come back from Paradise

Kublai Khan is an American metalcore band from Sherman, Texas. The group formed in the summer of 2009 and have released three full-length albums. Kublai Khan self-released their first EP, Youth War in 2010. In February 2014, Kublai Khan signed to Artery Recordings. On April 29, 2014, the band released their debut full-length album titled Balancing Survival and Happiness. The album was listed in Alternative Press's "The Best Albums Of 2014 so far" list.

Kubla Khan can be difficult to analyze because it¶s supposedly not a completed work, according to the author himself; but I¶ll argue below that this is actually a very complete masterpiece, as well as explain the true meaning.
