This second, immediately likeable, offering by synth whiz Colina offers some of the tastiest pop instrumental improv of the early '90s, ranging from the sexy Calypso groove on the cover of Bob Marley's "I Shot the Sheriff" to the supercool and funky "Black Panther" and "Cherry High. Michael Dalmau Colina (born November 16, 1948) is a GRAMMY-winning American musician, composer, producer and engineer. He has written music for television, film, theatre, dance and live performances on concert stages throughout the United States, Europe and Japan. Colina is best known as producer and writer on recordings for musicians Bob James, David Sanborn, Michael Brecker, Marcus Miller, Bill Evans and Michael Franks. In 2006, Colina dramatically shifted his music career to focus on writing classical, jazz and Latin music tive mashups that reflect his deep musical roots in his father's homeland of Cuba. Rituals is the second studio album by British electropop band Fenech-Soler. It was released on 25 September 2013 by Warner Bros. Records and B-Unique Records, it is the major label debut of Fenech-Soler, whose previous record was released under the London-based B-Unique Records. The album is a follow-up to the band's 2012–13 singles "All I Know", "Magnetic" and "Last Forever", all of which feature on the album.
