Temple of Low Men is the second studio album by the band Crowded House, which was released in July 1988. Finn had written all ten tracks during the two years since their self-titled debut.
Following the success of Crowded House's debut and the band's grueling promotion schedule, Neil Finn was clearly showing signs that he was no longer happy being New Zealand's zany ambassador to the . While the material on Temple of Low Men demonstrates great leaps in quality over its predecessor, it is a darkly difficult album, especially for those expecting.
Temple Of Low Men is the second album by Crowded House. It was released on June 29, 1988. 5 singles were released, however, all but the first one (Better Be Home Soon) failed to chart outside Australia (where they charted very lowly), which affected sales and made it their least successful album, commercially.
