The Deepside Deejays are a Romanian band formed in 2008 by vocalist Victor de la Pena, DJ Nick Kamarera, MC Vibearena and keyboardist Dave Pryce. The current lineup consists of Victor de la Pena and Dave Pryce. In 2009 the Deejays won the Best DJ Award at MTV Romania Music Awards, as well as nominations for Best Dance and Best New Act. In 2010 they won The Best Featuring Award. The Deejays also won Best Dance Project at Nights.

Tales From The Hood is the fifth volume of The Lost Albums, and concludes the series. This collection, and particularly the second disc, contains several low-quality and throw-away tracks; but I know the biggest Nas fans will want to hear everything the man has. Many hours were spent making sure The Lost Albums contains the highest quality version of each song.

Tales from a Deepside, definitely a dope series from the man himself, Mr. V.I do also question why this never hit wax, in a small run it would be sold out in no time as releases like this is instant classic!I've always been a fan of Mr. V and his work, including the SOLE Channel imprint itself and releases like this just reminds me where the love is coming from.Too bad there's no releases like this anymore and that his style seems to have shifted a bit more into what I consider to be more mainstream house.I see somebody already spotted Martin Circus - Disco Circus in Breakers Theme. Great break there, without doubt, used by many, but still sounding fresh! For those who haven't spotted this themselves yet I can add "Kool & The Gang - Summer Madness", which have been sampled in "I can sing".

Would love to have this EP or I Can Sing and Bring The Beat Back on vinyl. Very surprised that this was not released in Europe by one of those labels that still do vinyl. I have the songs in digital but would love to have them for my vinyl sets too.
