Reveal is the 12th studio album by American alternative rock band . released in 2001 on Warner Bros. After having adjusted to former drummer Bill Berry's departure and releasing Up to mixed response in 1998, . released the more upbeat Reveal, co-produced with long-time collaborator Patrick McCarthy.

The 10-year wait is slowly coming to an end for fans of leaders of the new German hardness Rammstein, as the band have finally announced their seventh as-yet-untitled album will be released May 17th, 2019. The follow up to 2009's Liebe Ist Für Alle Da has been in the works since last year, and will include five of the famously cinematic group's exciting music videos according to guitarist and founding member Richard Kruspe. Check back in a couple of hours to see the reveal of the new video.

Summer Turns To High Album: Reveal. Tab by Chris Lawrence (mustangndnet. There seems to be at least 2 guitars, a clean electric panned left and an acoustic panned right. They seem to be playing slightly different variations on the same chords. Verse chords (listen to LP for timing): E-0---5-- B-2---3-- G-0---0-- D-2---4-- A-0---5-.

Reveal won’t need to grow on you – thirty seconds into the opener, The Lifting, you can tell these guys got lucky with the muse again. But if you go back to Up after hearing Reveal, you get the idea that this is the album they were trying to make then, and that this time they got all the way there and found a parking spot. The Eno-style keyboard textures have more room to breathe amid the largely acoustic guitars, with the arcane sound effects intricately woven into the songs.

These two impulses balance each other as . delivered Reveal, an album that feels like their stab at All That You Can't Leave Behind - a conscious return to their classic sound. Since they're fiercely protective of their anointed position of underground pioneers, they're not content to sit still and spin their wheels, turning out a record that apes Automatic for the People.

Reveal takes the Elskavon sound to a new place. It's the first time drums and percussion are introduced in full, and it touches on a more ethereal post-rock style, while still behind an ambient wash. With earlier albums Movements In Season and Release, drums and percussion, and even rhythm in general sometimes, were completely absent.

As far as choruses and drum-beats go, REM’s Reveal is a small step down from Up. That’s despite the titles of the first two songs, which, metaphorically speaking, seem to imply further artistic elevation. High, with a dreamy snare and hazy chords, conjures 1980s Phil Collins. And that’s a good thing. Yes, there’s a Beautiful beach-boy ballad on the last album, but this entire Reveal has a warm summer atmosphere going for it. There’s a Beachball flying thru the sky. And the shiniest gem; Beat A Drum; has the blinding sun reflecting in the back of Michael Stipe’s eye.
