Detroit mix sits well at the harder end of a progressive set, while the Techno mix does damage in a harder more pumping set. Both are excellent at what they do.

The Techno version is the one to play. This tracks is one of my mostly prefered tracks when it goes about the tougher oldschool-sound. Especially when the audience prefers the harder style (like a lot do here in Netherlands) this tracks really sets off the dance floor. The north east of England the afterdark club in Sunderland especially loved the hard stuff like the Netherlands you can't beat that sound for me it's the best that ever will be

Fountain_tenderness

A solid piece of early progressive house on the a-side of this release (Detroit version). It was featured on the compilation Reactivate 6, alongside contemporaries such as Dance 2 Trance's "Hello San Francisco" and Ramirez "El Ritmo Barbaro".Solid percussion brings the track into the chunky bassline around the minute mark, and at just over the 1:45 mark the stuttering vocal introduces an irresistible vibe.Flip the vinyl over for the Techno version. Instantly you are hit with a tougher, faster rhythm (much like the work of Joe Inferno). Pumping would be the word to describe this mix, it was made to create mayhem on dancefloors across Scotland, Northern Ireland and Northern England around '92 (let alone it's Italian origin).Avoid the "Hard-Core Version", it's awful. Nothing to do with Gabber, UK breakbeat, or anything. Just shite.Aside from B2, it's an exceptional record and one that is rightly in high demand.
