Stormbringer is the ninth studio album by the English hard rock band Deep Purple, released in November 1974. The cover image of Stormbringer is based on a photo. On 8 July 1927 a tornado near the town of Jasper, Minnesota was photographed by Lucille Handberg. The same photograph was used for Miles Davis' album Bitches Brew in 1970 and Siouxsie and the Banshees' album Tinderbox in 1986.

While Linda Blair was attending last week's International Horror & Sci-Fi Film Festival at the Harkins Centerpoint Theater in Tempe, Arizona, she let it leak that Warner Bros. is going to attempt a remake of her classic film. The report claims that she didn't seem to thrilled about this prospect. net, as always, is on the case. They will contact the studio this week to see if the story is true.
