Gold Cobra is the title track from Limp Bizkit’s sixth studio album, released in 2011. This marked a reunion of the original band members, including guitarist Wes Borland, who mysteriously departed from the group after the group’s 3rd album dropped in 2000. The song deals with Fred Durst’s fame causing envy among his rivals, and displays feelings of superiority and entitlement. With changing music technology, this song, and the rest of the album, use more electronic techniques than the raw-sounding Three Dollar Bill, Y'all$ and Limp Bizkit’s older records
Gold Cobra is the sixth studio album by American rock band Limp Bizkit. Released in 2011 by Flip/Interscope Records, it is the band’s first release since 2005’s The Unquestionable Truth (Part 1), and the first with the full original lineup since 2000’s Chocolate Starfish and the Hot Dog Flavored Water. It is the band’s last album to be released on Flip/Interscope. It is also the last album to feature DJ Lethal before he was fired from the band in 2012. Gold Cobra features an eclectic and diverse sound, but also similar in style to the band’s earlier albums.
Band Name Limp Bizkit. Album Name Gold Cobra. Released date 28 June 2011. Labels Polydor Interscope Records. Well i think it's not bad. it's not the worst, but it's not the best album from limp bizkit. But I still miss the old bizkit. Hits like "Rollin'", "My Way", "Hot Dog", "My Generation" and a lot more. But in conclusion the album is not bad and for me it's worth to listen. I give it a 8 out of 10.
