Northless' "Temples of the Weak" is a craggy, sludgy track that bubbles and bristles through its extended course. The vocals are bellowed, though, and are actually somewhat clear in that department as their guy roars only a little vaguely about religious hypocrisy and hatred, while the guitar riffs poke and prod in mostly dense mannerisms. In 2013, Northless released World Keeps Sinking, a 7 song full length album, on Gilead Media/Halo of Flies. 2016 brought about two releases from the band: a three song EP titled Cold Migration, and a split 12" with heavy doomsters PRIMITIVE MAN. 2017 was the 10th anniversary of Northless, and saw the band releasing their most mature, diverse, and heart-wrenching material in the form of the Last Bastion of Cowardice album.
