Maceo Plex - Journey To Solar album flac

Prequel to the Album "Solar" releasing in Spring 2017.

Maceo Plex has a new album, titled Journey To Solar, coming out in November on his own Ellum label. It's a seven-track vinyl double-pack set for release on the American artist's own Ellum label. The album has been made in anticipation of another LP due to arrive in Spring 2017 called Solar. According to Maceo Plex, Solar is "mostly broken beat while Journey To Solar contains more club-focused material written during the same period. Solar was also foreshadowed back in 2015 with the Solar Sampler. There is light at the end of the tunnel for the new version of the game-changing original.

The new full-length, titled Journey to Solar, is due out on November 18 on his Ellum label. It follows his 2011 debut Life Index, and will serve as a prequel of sorts to another forthcoming album, Solar, scheduled for Spring 2017. Maceo Plex has announced his new album, titled ‘Journey To Solar’. Set for release via his own Ellum imprint, the seven-track double vinyl LP is a precursor to another album titled ‘Solar’ (originally hinted at last year), which will drop in 2017. Journey’ to solar will apparently feature club-friendly efforts, while the follow-up is mostly broken beat electro/electronica, although both were produced over the same period.

Maceo Plex gives an exclusive interview on his new album Solar and the dance music world at large. In the plush, zen-white lobby of the Pacha Group's Destino resort in Ibiza, overlooking the hotel's paradisiacal ocean-facing outdoor pool, Eric Estornel chats amiably in Spanish with staff. They're only too eager to serve the American-born, Barcelona-based producer better known as Maceo Plex, but, "Estamos haciendo una entrevista," he reminds them with a smile. Estornel is a guest of the resort, launching his Mosaic residency at the nearby Pacha on Tuesday night.
