Beau Dommage is a rock band from Montreal, Quebec, Canada, who achieved popular success in Quebec and France in the 1970s. The group's style included rich vocal harmonies and elements borrowed from folk and country music. Beau Dommage started in 1972 as an offshoot of the creative association "La Quenouille Bleue". Pierre Huet, Robert Léger and Michel Rivard were soon joined by Pierre Bertrand.

Beau Dommage biography Beau Dommage is an obvious band that marked Qu�bec scene in the seventies. This band was formed by some members of La Quenouille Bleue, a drama troop. Michel Rivard (the singer), Michel Hinton (keyboards since 1975), Robert L�ger (keyboards, flute) and Pierre Huet (lyricist) met in this troop. After that arrived Marie-Mich�le Desrosiers (keyboards, vocals). The band was completed. Beau Dommage released five studio albums, they were all acclaimed commercially. Most of these albums were not totally prog, but in 1975, they released O� est pass�e la noce?, a full progressive. It was their second album, and their peak, musically.
