Christopher John Nowinski (born September 24, 1978) is an American author, co-founder and executive director of the Concussion Legacy Foundation; as well as a former professional wrestler with World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). Nowinski was WWE's first Harvard alumnus, as he graduated with a BA in sociology. Nowinski also played college football at Harvard, where he was an All-Ivy defensive tackle. He is also recognized as the youngest Hardcore Champion in WWE history.
