For any fan of Eno, both these vocal and instrumental boxes are nice to have side by side.I'd argue the instrumental box is more essential as I think it has more unreleased tracks on it. The vocal box only has one unreleased track - track 14 on disc 3 (Are They Thinking of Me?). I'm counting Squelchy Life as released now since you can get it on vinyl; though limited, it is still easy to find. Also, regarding the vocal box - apart from two tracks on disc one (tracks 9 + 17) - discs 1 + 2 are mostly a slightly incomplete repeat of Warm Jets, Before and After Science, Another Green World and Taking Tiger Mountain (all 4 are great Eno albums probably best owned as they are, rather than chopped into this box).

the music is top notch but the ommision of Paw paw negro blowtorch is annoying as it means that if you buy this you still have to get HCTWJ

And, BTW, of course, the omission of the instrumental tracks would require collectors to either obtain the Instrumental Box Set or to own the original albums which those tracks are from to have the complete albums (IE: "Another Green World", "Energy Fools The Magician", etc.)But you'd expect an Eno fan to have the original albums.

True about "Paw Paw Negro".As I posted for the Instrumental Box, the glue residue issue can be addressed by taking a piece of masking or duct tape, applying the tape to where the glue is (on both the tracks in the plastic storage thing AND the bottom of the digipacks, places where most of the excess glue is), and the just removing the tape. When you pull the tape up, most of the glue comes off with it. You might have to do that up to a dozen times, but it worked really well for me just now.
