Epitaph is a live 4-CD set of concert performances and radio sessions from 1969 by the band King Crimson, released in 1997. In 2006, volumes 3 and 4 were released independently as a 2-disc set via DGM. All tracks written by Robert Fripp, Michael Giles, Greg Lake, Ian McDonald and Peter Sinfield, unless otherwise indicated.

Epitaph Records is an American independent record label owned by Bad Religion guitarist Brett Gurewitz. Throughout the 1980s and 1990s, most acts signed to the label were punk and pop punk acts, while there are many post-hardcore and emo bands signed to the label as well. A large portion of the record label, known as Hellcat Records, is owned by Tim Armstrong, frontman of the punk rock band Rancid.

Jay Glass Dubs will release his debut album, Epitaph, early next year. It finds the Greek producer returning to Bristol’s Bokeh Versions imprint, which recently featured in our list of best labels of 2018. The album, which is described by the label as a widescreen vision of 4AD nightmares, ballads for River Styx crossings and echoes that never end, features artwork from Bokeh’s resident artist Patrick Savile, and appearances from experimental saxophonist Ben Vince and vocalist Yorgia Karidi.

Epitaph is the second and final studio album by German death metal band Necrophagist released by Relapse Records on August 3, 2004. Unlike on Onset of Putrefaction, guitarist and vocalist Muhammed Suiçmez recorded the album alongside a full band instead of recording it by himself. Guitarist Christian Münzner, who later departed the band and joined Obscura, wrote half of the leads as well as several basslines on the album. All songs written by Muhammed Suiçmez except where noted.

Contact Epitaph Records on Messenger. Next Sunday, April 15, is the 10th birthday of our first album Fury and the Fallen Ones. Brett Gurewitz formed Epitaph Records as a vehicle for releases by his band Bad Religion. Its first release for the label was Bad Religion's 1981 self-titled EP, followed by their debut How Could Hell Be Any Worse?, which was also the label's first full-length release. Also released during this period was Peace thru Vandalism, an EP by The Vandals, who were the first band besides Bad Religion to sign to Epitaph. In the following year, Epitaph released its first record as a proper label, which was L7's self-titled album, and it was distributed by Chameleon.
