Yellow Matter Custard was a 1972 bootleg album featuring BBC recordings that had not circulated at the time, and became one of the hottest Beatles bootlegs (or as some fans call it, "Beatlegs"). The album has been released with a number of different covers. This is taken from a 2005 CD which "remasters" the songs, courtesy of Remasters Workshop.
