The album which includes this song is the bestselling children's album in Croatia, for which he received Croatia Records platinum record. As a journalist, he documented the autochthon culture and art of Slavonia and Baranja, for which he received the "Golden pen of the year" from the Croatian Journalists' Association. The first album has a prominent Hammond organ, piano and flute. Time II" has a harder sound and includes several ballads. The third album may be considered to have a jazz-funk production style. We have now travelled from England to see LADO live for the past three years and they are stunning. Well worth going to watch. The whole show is just awesome.
The Lado dance ensemble was founded on 11 November 1949 by Founding Artistic Director and Choreographer Zvonko Ljevaković, thanks in part to a grant from the government of the People's Republic of Croatia under the name Državni zbor narodnih plesova i pjesama (DZNPiP).
