Money Money 2020 is the only studio album by the Green Day side project, new wave band The Network. It was released on September 30, 2003 through Adeline Records. The album came with a DVD that featured six music videos for songs on the album directed and produced by Roy Miles of AntiDivision. It was re-released by Reprise Records on November 9, 2004.

A favourite on the album. MONEY MONEY 2020 (8/10): The "ein, zwei, drei, vier" intro leads into this rocking song. Not very imaginative, one verse and chorus repeated throughout the song, but Billie has made it work and it is a good track to listen to. SPIKE (10/10): Well done Billie! He's managed to make a new style of song! This is a Billie on the phone tlaking as "Brandon/Spike" who has moved out with his girlfriend and is making his own way in life WITH THE BAND PLAYING IN THE BACKGROUND.

The band released its debut album Money Money 2020 on Adeline Records on September 30, 2003. A re-release of the album with two bonus tracks followed in 2004. Money Money 2020 was re-mastered and re-released by Reprise Records on November 9, 2004, with two additional tracks, "Hammer of the Gods" and a cover of The Misfits "Teenagers from Mars" which can also be heard on Tony Hawk's American Wasteland while "Roshambo" is on the NHL 2005 soundtrack. The original Money Money 2020 release came with a companion DVD with music videos directed and produced by Roy Miles of AntiDivision.

Since the album debuted, The Network have only played two shows: one at the Key Club in Los Angeles in 2003 and the other opening for Green Day on the last show of the American Idiot tour in 2004. The Network is comprised of mysterious mask-wearing members Fink, Van Gough, The Snoo, Captain Underpants, Z, Balducci and Reto Peter. The must-have collector for real fans is The Network's Money Money 2020. I almost prefer it over Green Day's Insomniac, to be honest.
