Missing Persons' anagramatically named "Spring Session M" is easily one of the Top 10 1980s records and anyone wishing to explore some of the best efforts of 80's New Wave, can count on a wild ride with Mr. & Mrs. Bozzio and Company. Dale Bozzio's vocals and on-screen charisma may have given the band its visual center but Terry Bozzio's fantastic drums and musical vision were its artistic "hinge.
Destination Unknown is the American new wave band’s second single from their debut studio album Spring Session M which is an anagram of the band’s name. It was written by Dale Bozzio, Terry Bozzio, and Warren Cuccurullo with production by Ken Scott. Originally released on the band’s self-titled EP (1980), the song was released as a single in September 1982 and appeared on their debut studio album Spring Session M (1982). In the United States, it was a minor hit spending 13 weeks on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, narrowly missing the Top 40 and peaking at in November 1982.
