Something Rotten! is an original musical comedy with a book by John O'Farrell and Karey Kirkpatrick and music and lyrics by Karey and Wayne Kirkpatrick. Set in 1595, the story follows the Bottom brothers, Nick and Nigel, who struggle to find success in the theatrical world, as they compete with the wild popularity of their contemporary William Shakespeare.

Kids Who Care is a Musical Theatre Production Company, but with a name like Kids Who Care, we are obviously so much more. Our desire is to create a place where the child is cherished. Through exposure, education and experience in the performing arts and entrepreneurial leadership, we produce great kids. At the end of the day, what we produce are great kids! As we work together in an ensemble company, kids learn how to create great work and at the same time, how to take care of each other. As a producer of musical theatre, I want to create something out in the world that changes thinking, or at least encourages hopeful thinking. While all of our work is legit entertainment, it should give a sense of hope in the end. Kids find us either because a parent sees something extraordinary in the living room, or the kid is dying to get in front of an audience.

The women who portray male roles in the Revue’s repertoire must maintain a semblance of maleness off-stage as well, the off boundaries being far away from the theatre environs. Because of the company’s strict social code, male stage personae are skillfully flaunted and deftly tossed as golden apples for avid fanbase by the Revue’s publicity machine. His enterprise was also later exported to Tokyo and grew as he added their shopping in his Hankyu department stores to the mix.

Teens and Music: Teenagers may use musical experiences to form friendships and to set themselves apart from parents and younger kids. They often want to hang out and listen to music after school with a group of friends. Remember those days of basement and garage bands? Teens often have a strong interest in taking music lessons or playing in a band. There is no downside to bringing children and music together through fun activities. We are able to enjoy the benefits of music from the moment we’re born

Today, I’m VERY excited to introduce an exciting new repertoire guide I’ve created called Musical Theatre & Film Songs for Children.
