Fuzzy Duck was an English progressive rock group from London, formed in 1970. The group's self-titled studio album Fuzzy Duck was released in 1971. It featured Mick Hawksworth of Five Day Week Straw Prople, Killing Floor and Andromeda, as well as Crazy World of Arthur Brown keyboardist Roy Sharland and drummer Paul Francis of Tucky Buzzard (and later of Tranquility).

The members of Fuzzy Duck were certainly not novices by the time they banded together and released their only studio album. Bassist Mick Hawksworth had spent the latter sixties with future Atomic Rooster alumnus John Du Cann in the hard-core psych band The Five Day Week Straw People, with both of them later moving on to the semi-legendary psych band Andromeda where they were joined by Fuzzy vocalist/guitarist the late Grahame White. FUZZY DUCK was a rare bird indeed. It flew in with the flock of hard and heavy rockers with a progressive leaning in 1970 London, released their sole eponymous album in 1971 and then flew off never to be heard from again.

The album reached legendary status by affiliation, as it features Mick Harnsworth of Five Day Week Straw People and Andromeda, and Roy Sharland, a keyboardist who later worked with the Crazy World of Arthur Brown and Spice. This album is classic keyboard-driven British progressive rock in the vein of Soft Machine and Caravan and is well-deserving of reissue. The Arkarma issue features four bonus tracks previously unreleased and excellent repackaging that surpasses the originals for quality.

The song "Time Will Be Your Doctor" was written by Paul Francis with two of his Tucky Buzzard bandmates, Nicky Graham and David Leonard Brown.
