Live At Hammersmith '84 is a music live recording by JETHRO TULL (Prog Folk/Progressive Rock) released in 1990 on cd, lp, vinyl and/or cassette. This live effort really shows how powerful the Tull could be on stage (just a pity that they choose this time of their career - 1984 - to record a live album). The closing number "Too Old To Rock'n'Roll" is way too long. The last section (about three minutes here is pure crap and has nothing to do with the original). I appreciate at times that live versions differ from the studio one, but then their deviation should bring a plus to it (which is absolutely not the case here).

The Friday Night Rock Show Sessions/Live at Reading is a live album by the heavy metal band Diamond Head, released in 1992 as part of an official series of similar, radio-archive releases by several bands (see Raw Fruit Records). The tracks had been recorded by BBC Radio and featured on the Friday Rock Show, hosted by Tommy Vance. The first two tracks come from a session recording in 1980.
In addition, the best songs from the show were left off of this album. The version of Aqualung was one of the best, with a searing guitar solo. John Evans was no longer with the band at this time and he is sorely missed. I, for one, NEVER gave up on Ian Anderson & co. His willing to try something different on all Tull albums never comes up short! He's the master of lyricism! As for this recording, it's the best live album I have ever heard !
