Moods & Grooves is the 1976 album by Detroit band The Ju-Par Universal Orchestra. Due to their connections in D-Town, they had hoped to get their music somehow distributed by Motown. They did and their independent album was reissued on Motown with a new cover. Their connection was short-lived but it managed to keep record collectors decades later looking for the jazzy funk and soul from the somewhat unknown Detroit orchestra. 1. Funky Music 2.
