Sinatra & Company is an album by American singer Frank Sinatra released in 1971. The first side of this album is in the bossa nova style, and the second side is influenced by soft rock, featuring a couple of standards from John Denver. The bossa nova recordings were originally cut for a follow-up to the widely acclaimed Francis Albert Sinatra & Antonio Carlos Jobim.

Tracks 1 to 7 were part of 10 songs intended for a second Sinatra/Jobim album in 1969, simply called Sinatra Jobim. The album made it to some vinyl test pressings and actually had an offical 8-track release of 3500 copies. A recall for all sold copies was also attempted, but it is unknown how successful this recall was.

Side Two of the album is closer to standard Sinatra fare, containing seven great tracks slickly produced by Don Costa. While the Rock and Pop artists of the day dominated the charts, Francis Albert Sinatra was able to create unique albums that were above and beyond the standard fare released by his easy listening contemporaries.

In 1969, Frank Sinatra recorded a second album with Antonio Carlos Jobim. For unknown reasons, Reprise decided not to release Sinatra-Jobim, but seven of the ten songs intended for the record did appear on the first side of 1971's Sinatra & Company. The selections from Sinatra-Jobim have a decidedly different flavor than the material on Francis Albert Sinatra and Antonio Carlos Jobim, largely due to the charts of arranger Eumir Deodato. Sinatra responds to the arrangements with more forceful singing than on the previous Jobim collaboration, but his phrasing is still more nuanced than even his soft pop/rock-oriented material. Nevertheless, that subtle phrasing carries over into the second side of Sinatra & Company, a collection of pop-oriented tracks. Although the music on the second half of the album is neither as adventerous or as compelling as that on the first, it is still highly entertaining.
