For 1993, Eva Santamaría, a 22-year-old singer who had just finished recording her first album in Los Angeles, California, . was selected to go to Millstreet with the lead song from her album, "Hombres," written and composed by journalist Carlos Toro. At Millstreet, the song was performed twenty-second on the night, following Croatia's Put with "Don't Ever Cry" and preceding Cyprus's Kyriakos Zymboulakis and Dimos van Beke with "Mi Stamatas". The song is sung from the point of view of a woman fed up with dating and men in general. Santamaría describes men as "selfish," "conceited," "vain," accusing them of confusing "machismo and masculinity," and lamenting that when they say "love," they mean "sex.
Hombres" (Spanish pronunciation:, "Men") is a song that was Spain's entry at the Eurovision Song Contest 1993, held in Millstreet, Republic of Ireland. It was sung by Eva Santamaría, who was chosen by the Spanish broadcaster, Televisión Española (TVE), as their representative in the Contest that year. From 1977 to 1999, TVE used an internal selection process to select both the singer and the song to represent them at Eurovision.

- This song is an early version of Hombres, a song that can be found on the Eva SantaMaria album A Buen Puerto. On the album the song is credited to songwriter Carlos Toro only, this cdsingle mentions three songwriters.
- This version has a rap sequence that is not on the (shorter) album version or Hombres promo cdsingle.
- There is a track on the A Buen Puerto album titled Todos Los Hombres, but that is a different song (although credited to the same three songwriters as this cdsingle).
- The later version of this song is titled Hombres and was the Spanish entry for the 1993 Eurovision Song Contest.
- Kenny O'Brien is credited as "Con La Colaboracion de", but Discogs doensn't have that as a role. He's responsible for the rap bits and backing vocals on the track.
- Although the cdsingle does not mention that it is a promo it hasn't been widely available and is considered a rare item among Eurovision collectors.
- This version of (Todos Los) Hombres has not appeared on any other release.
