When Mo B. Dick first joined the No Limit camp, he was primarily a producer. In fact, as one of the founding members of Beats By The Pound, recording an R&B solo album was the farthest thing from his mind. But on his solo debut, GANGSTA HARMONY, MO B delivers an album that offers roots in R&B, hip-hop, classic soul and jazz. Often sounding similar to Maxwell or D'Angelo, the songs on GANGSTA HARMONY are entirely self-produced. Admittedly influenced heavily by classic R&B, Mo .
Raymond "Mo B. Dick" Poole (born July 4, 1965), is an American rapper, singer and music producer. He is a founding member of the production team The Medicine Men (formerly Beats by the Pound), which produced most of No Limit Records' releases from 1995 to 1999.

Gangsta Harmony is the debut album by singer/producer Mo B. It was released on April 13, 1999 through No Limit Records and was produced by Mo B. Dick himself and the other members of Beats By the Pound. Gangsta Harmony wasn't much of a success, only peaking at on the Billboard 200 and on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums only selling 31,000 copies its first week.
